Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Heb. 12:2
Prayer
Jesus is the source and strength of my faith. Lord Jesus, You are the one that brings true fulfillment and happiness to my life. You are the almighty Creator of the Universe and yet You know me by name. You know my fears, my pains, my weaknesses, my desires, my hopes, and my wants. I believe that You are my personal Savior and the resurrected LORD, who loves me and cares for me. Please guide my life today, particularly through difficult times when things look cloudy or seem unbearable. Increase my faith that I may learn to keep my eyes upon You and persevere through the trials of life and end this life in victory. In Your precious name I pray.
Hold me Jesus: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTDRjqVIyVY
Well, sometimes my life
Just don't make sense at all
When the mountains look so big
And my faith just seems so small
CHORUS:
So hold me Jesus, 'cause I'm shaking like a leaf
You have been King of my glory
Won't You be my Prince of Peace
March through books of the Bible and meditate on the promise, prayer, and song of the day to help strengthen your faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior. Loving people with compassionate care and pointing them to "Christ, the Way, the Truth, & the Life" is how you will be a soul winner and bring glory to God.
