Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant. Heb. 13:20
Prayer
God watches over me. Lord Jesus, I praise You for being my great Shepherd who cares for me. Make me lie down in green pastures today where I can rest in Your presence and not be dismayed. Lead me beside peaceful streams that calm my heart. Restore my soul and send me in the paths of righteousness for Your name's sake. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for You are close beside me. Your rod and Your staff protect and comfort me. In Your Holy name I pray
My Father Watches Over Me
The valley may be dark, the shadows deep
But the Great Shepherd guards His lonely sheep;
And through the gloom, He’ll lead me home
My heavenly Father watches over me.
He makes the rose an object of His care,
He guides the eagle through the pathless air,
So this I know, He surely remembers me,
Yes, my heavenly Father watches over me.
I will trust in God, for I know He cares for me,
On mountain peaks or on the stormy sea;
Though billows roll, He keeps my soul,
My heavenly Father watches over me.
March through books of the Bible and meditate on the promise, prayer, and song of the day to help strengthen your faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior. Loving people with compassionate care and pointing them to "Christ, the Way, the Truth, & the Life" is how you will be a soul winner and bring glory to God.
