You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you; therefore I command you this thing today. Deut. 15:15
Prayer
Jesus died to redeem me from the slavery of sin. I called on Your name, O Lord, from the depths of my pit; You heard my plea, do not close Your ear to my cry for help. You are the God who comes near when I call on You; You say to me, ‘Do not fear!’ "You have taken up my cause, O Lord, You have redeemed my life. Lord Jesus, I will never forget that I was a slave of darkness and thank You for redeeming me with Your precious blood. You have saved me from a meaningless life and given me an incredible future full of hope. Fill me with Your joy this day and remind me that my life is secure in You. The darkness has been destroyed and the light of God’s redeeming love shines all around me. In Your holy name I pray
March through books of the Bible and meditate on the verse and prayer of the day to help strengthen your faith and personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Loving people with compassionate care and pointing them to Christ our Savior is how you will be a soul winner and bring glory of God.
