Today's Bible Promise - "A friend of sinners!" Matthew 11:19

The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Look, a glutton and a winebibber, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’ But wisdom is justified by her children.” Matthew 11:19 NKJV

Prayer
Jesus loves sinners. Loving Lord, I thank You for associating Yourself with losers and accepting rejects like me that need a second chance. I praise You for never giving up on me even when I blow it and sin against You. Here I am bowing before Your presence, asking You to be my friend and to forgive all of my sins. Give me a new start and help me to accept others as You have accepted me. Fill me with the same care and compassion that You have shown me, that I may be a friend today to one person in my workplace or school that needs to hear the good news of Your love and salvation. In Your blessed name I pray. Amen
