Devotional Prayer
Jesus died to save me. Lord Jesus, I believe You had the power to save Yourself, but instead chose to sacrifice everything to save a wretched sinner like me. I am drawn by Your unfailing love and immense compassion for me. Create in me a new heart that delights to do Your will and please deliver me from being a self-centered Christian that seeks to save my life. Teach me through Your Holy Spirit how to be a blessing to a friend or co-worker by taking time to listen, pray, share, or helping them with a present need. In Your precious name I pray.
