Prayer
Death and life are in the tongue. Sovereign LORD, please give me an instructed tongue that sustains the weary, encourages the weak, and exhorts the rebel. Open my lips O LORD that I might declare Your unfailing love and gospel of truth to those who sit in darkness and are held captive in sin. Remind me that my tongue is a fire, which can heal, strengthen, scorch or bring pain to hearer. Thank You for awakening me morning by morning, to listen like one being taught. I will sing Your praise Lord Jesus forever and in your name I pray.
