Prayer
God is my refuge, a present help in times of trouble. LORD God, I come to You for help and ask You to calm my fears in these times of uncertainty and economic anxiety. Don't allow me to be alarmed by the daily news or governed by what the world around me is doing for You are sovereign over all. I trust You to meet all of my needs according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Grant me an opportunity today to bring assurance of hope to a friend or co-worker who is oppressed by insecurity and held captive in fear. I pray in the holy name of JESUS my LORD.
