Take off the grave clothes-John 11:44

Today's Bible verse declares eternal freedom from the wrappings of sin and death that bind your life. 

When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, “Take off the grave clothes and let him go.” John 11:43-44 NIV 

Today's Prayer 

I am raised from among the dead. Thank You Lord Jesus for taking off the grave clothes that kept me wrapped up in sin and shame. The power of death can no longer keep me down because the authority  of Your voice lifts me up. Use me like Lazarus to help proclaim Your salvation to family, friends and co-workers who are bound with grave clothes of sin and need to be set free. In Your name I pray. Amen
