Glory-John 17:22

Today's Bible Promise reveals the fabulous truth of our purpose as humans. You and I were created by God for His glory that exceeds all human intellect. Eye has not seen, and ear has not heard the things that God has prepared for those who have believed, received, and obeyed the LORD Jesus Christ.

I have given them the glory that you gave me. I gave them this glory so that they can be one, just as you and I are one. John 17:22 ERV

Today's Prayer

My life has a glorious purpose. Nothing O Lord can compare with the glory that You have prepared for those who love You. Show me Your glory as I grow in faith and help me stay focused on the things above that I may finish my life on earth in honor. Let Your glory fall upon me today. In Your blessed name I pray

My Departing Words

To my loving and patient wife, Michele, my beloved son David, my radiant daughter-in-law Blair, my cherished son Joshua, my compassionate daughter Anna, my steadfast son-in-law, Jeff, my empathetic daughter Christina, my go-getter son-in-law Miles, my bright and persevering granddaughter, Blake, my beautiful and tenderhearted granddaughter, Zoey, my strong and handsome grandson, Wyatt, my tender-hearted and precious granddaughter Talia, my jubilant and adorable granddaughter, Romi, and to all of my caring family and faithful friends. I will consider my life a great success if I have the joy of seeing each of you in God's eternal Kingdom. I ask you to please forgive me if I've wronged any of you and did not ask for your forgiveness. I love you and pray my life has influenced each of you in a small way to believe in Christ Jesus and to accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior. I'm grateful to my Lord and humbled to have experienced an abundant and full life that was only possible by abiding in Him. It's difficult to put into words just how grateful I am for God's salvation. When I was 18 years old and lost all hope, Jesus came to my rescue. I'm so thankful that I've been able to experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit from the moment I accepted Christ and decided to follow Him. The Holy Spirit has been my Helper, Teacher, Comforter, Counselor, and Guide in teaching me to be like Jesus and relying on Him, until my last breath. I fought the good fight and learned that living for God, serving Jesus, and loving people has eternal rewards and zero regrets. To live for Christ is unimaginable gain and glorifying God is what matters most in life. Apart from Jesus, nothing else made much sense to me in life, and nothing else the world offered was worthy of my life's investment. To die in Christ is not the end, it's the doorway in Eternal Life through the power of His resurrection. I'll see you in a little while and pray to see you in heaven. Hector Perez.
