Life is hard, however, in Today's Promise you hear the cry of a Victor and not a victim who defeated every enemy that you face in life. Jesus makes you more than a conqueror though His victory on the cross. He invites you to be a partaker of His victory over sin, death, evil and darkness.
When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. John 19:30 NIV
Today's Prayer
I am not a quitter. Lord Jesus, I proclaim Your victory over the powers of evil and fix my eyes upon You, the Author and Finisher of my faith. Fill me O Lord with the spirit of perseverance that helps me fight the good fight of faith. Give me inner strength to not give up hope when I have to drink the cup of difficulties and to remain faithful unto the end by laying aside every weight that tries to hold me down. I pray in Your worthy name. Amen
