The Lord listened-Joshua 10:14

Does God really hear me? How can I know God listens to my prayers? Today's Bible verse reveals the concern and care God has for those who call upon His name. Yes, God listens to your prayers but everything works perfect according to His time. The hardest thing for humans is believing without seeing when we do not have words to speak or when our faith disappears. The key to answered prayer is to do as Jesus told us in the book of John; "This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the One He has sent." John 6:29 - Will you believe so you can then see the miracles of God?

Today's Prayer

God hears me even when my sorrow runs deep. Heavenly Father, forgive me for doubting at times that You take time to hear my prayers. Its easy for me to live by sight instead of by faith so please teach me to wait upon Your perfect timing for answered prayer. Give me strength to persevere in prayer like Joshua by having faith and being patient for You are the living God who fights my battles. In Jesus name I pray
