Light will shine-Job 22:28

How can you have the light of life? Did you know that God sent His beloved Son from heaven to turn you from darkness to light and from the power of the devil to God? Before Jesus came into my heart, my life was filled with darkness (sinful habits, evil desires, doom and gloom mentality, negativity, guilt, lies, deceitfulness, shameful acts, & condemning nature). One dark night in 1974 at Lemon Park in Fullerton, I was sitting alone on a bench when a friend of mine came and asked if I wanted to ask Jesus into my heart. I did it. It was a simple prayer asking for His help and for the first time in my life, I felt His light flood my spirit with renewed hope. My night was turned to day and I began to see things that my eyes had never seen, and hear things that my ears had never heard. Jesus offers you the same opportunity today if you chose ask Him into your life and begin to follow Him. John 8:12 NIV - "I AM THE LIGHT of the world (every human). Whoever follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the Light of Life."

Prayer for God's light

Jesus is the true Light who fills me with the light of life. Shine Your light upon me today Lord Jesus that I may be a spark of hope to lost souls who sit in darkness and have never experienced Your love. In Your wonderful name I pray. Amen.
