To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted. Titus 1:15 NIV

 

Prayer to have a pure heart and mind

Purity gives me light and strength of character. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a pure spirit within me. Teach me to be vigilant in keeping my conscience pure by taking captive corruptible thoughts and sexual lusts that war against my soul. Lord, please keep me from moral failure and help me guard my heart this day according to Your word that I may experience the power of of a pure mind. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
