Three days later, Laban was told that Jacob had fled. So he gathered a group of his relatives and set out in hot pursuit. He caught up with Jacob seven days later in the hill country of Gilead. But the previous night God had appeared to Laban the Aramean in a dream and told him, “I’m warning you—leave Jacob alone!” Genesis 31:22-24 NLT

Prayer for God's intervention in time of vulnerability

Thank You Father God for coming to my rescue when I lack strength or don't have sufficient resources to defend myself. Holy Spirit, help me to remember that the Lord is my great deliverer who intervenes for me in miraculous ways when I am vulnerable. Bring someone across my path today who feels weak or helpless and needs call upon the Lord for His intervention. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
