Prayer for hope 

You Lord Jesus are the hope of the world. Thank You for opening the eyes of my heart to understand that my future is not governed by present circumstances or temporal setbacks, but in Your living word that never fails. Holy Spirit, don't let the lies of the devil or people’s negative words cause me to lose hope. Please remind me that the LORD is my hope, my shield, my strength, and the One who is leading me to eternal glory. Bring someone across my path today who feels depressed and hopeless. Use me to help them experience newness of hope by trusting in Jesus. In His name I pray.
