Meaning of Encouragement (n) in the Bible: The act of giving courage, or confidence of success; incitement to action or to practice; incentive. We ought never to neglect the encouragement of youth in generous deeds. The praise of good men serves as an encouragement of virtue and heroism.

I love You heavenly Father for the countless ways You care and provide for me. Thank You for always being present to lift me up when I get discouraged. Guide me Holy Spirit to someone today who feels bummed out and needs encouragement. Grant me an opportunity to be a source of courage and incitement to action as the Lord is to me. I pray in Jesus' mighty name.
