Prayer for great 2021

Father of Lights, as Your living Word instructs me, I will stop dwelling in the past by leaving 2020 behind and will focus on the brand new that You will do in 2021. I see how You have used the coronavirus to help me, my family, and people throughout the world the importance to never take life for granted. I ask You to do something unheard of in and through my life as I enter this new year. Help me Holy Spirit to grow, sprout, and mature in my faith. Teach me to seek and ask for wisdom from above for personal or professional decision-making. Give me a spirit of perseverance no matter what comes my way. Enlighten me so I learn to perceive God's presence and wonder-working power in my life. Strengthen me to be steadfast and unmovable in the faith in Jesus' mighty name.
