Thank You, loving Father, for caring about my well-being. Regardless of what I go through in this life, I can always count on You to carry my burdens and lift me from the feeling of doom and gloom. Holy Spirit, sustain me this day with power from on high. Please guide me to someone who is burdened with a heavy load of worry. Allow me to be a source of comfort and hope by pointing them to Jesus, who makes our burdens light and gives us rest. I pray in His precious name.
