You are faithfully the same.
Not one broken word: every purpose will stand.

How different Your people!
How failing we are
in thought, word and deed.
How wandering our hearts!

Oh Lord, make us faithful;
faithful to You;
faithful to one another;
faithful to truth.

Your Word is our light:
help us stand true.
Although it might cost,
may we be faithful to You.

Praise & Prayer for God's faithfulness

I praise You, Holy Father and Lord Jesus, for Your great faithfulness in my life. Your faithfulness gives me hope. Your faithfulness enriches my life with purpose. Your faithfulness sustains me. Your faithfulness protects me. Your faithfulness makes me strong. Your faithfulness never fails me. Your faithfulness endures forever. Holy Spirit, please help me to be a faithful Christian who is reliable, steadfast, and unwavering in my dedication to God and walk with Christ Jesus who suffered for me and loved me even unto death. Guide me to someone today who has been let down by someone they trusted and feels betrayed. Use me to help them find hope in the faithfulness of Christ. I pray for their healing in Jesus' mighty name.

My Departing Words

To my loving and patient wife, Michele, my beloved son David, my radiant daughter-in-law Blair, my cherished son Joshua, my compassionate daughter Anna, my steadfast son-in-law, Jeff, my empathetic daughter Christina, my go-getter son-in-law Miles, my bright and persevering granddaughter, Blake, my beautiful and tenderhearted granddaughter, Zoey, my strong and handsome grandson, Wyatt, my tender-hearted and precious granddaughter Talia, my jubilant and adorable granddaughter, Romi, and to all of my caring family and faithful friends. I will consider my life a great success if I have the joy of seeing each of you in God's eternal Kingdom. I ask you to please forgive me if I've wronged any of you and did not ask for your forgiveness. I love you and pray my life has influenced each of you in a small way to believe in Christ Jesus and to accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior. I'm grateful to my Lord and humbled to have experienced an abundant and full life that was only possible by abiding in Him. It's difficult to put into words just how grateful I am for God's salvation. When I was 18 years old and lost all hope, Jesus came to my rescue. I'm so thankful that I've been able to experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit from the moment I accepted Christ and decided to follow Him. The Holy Spirit has been my Helper, Teacher, Comforter, Counselor, and Guide in teaching me to be like Jesus and relying on Him, until my last breath. I fought the good fight and learned that living for God, serving Jesus, and loving people has eternal rewards and zero regrets. To live for Christ is unimaginable gain and glorifying God is what matters most in life. Apart from Jesus, nothing else made much sense to me in life, and nothing else the world offered was worthy of my life's investment. To die in Christ is not the end, it's the doorway in Eternal Life through the power of His resurrection. I'll see you in a little while and pray to see you in heaven. Hector Perez.
