Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, His blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we’re a free people—free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free! He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need, letting us in on the plans he took such delight in making. Praise & Prayer
Merciful Father, I come before Your throne of grace to express my gratitude for the blood sacrifice of my Messiah, Christ Jesus. I praise You for His precious blood that frees me from the penalties and punishments I rightfully deserve for my misdeeds and sinfulness. By His blood, I have been redeemed, and stand before Your presence as one of Your children. Blessed Savior, I thank You for rescuing me, forgiving me, and liberating me from a life of sinful behavior that resulted in chaos. I ask You to please forgive the sins of my children and family members. Use me, Lord, to be a godly influence who leads my family to the altar of surrender so they trust in Your precious blood to free them from the wages of sin and death. Hear their cry and bring them into Your plan of salvation as they call upon Your precious name. I praise Your holy Name, amen.
The blood of Jesus speaks for me
Be still my soul, redeeming love
Out of the dust of Calvary
Is rising to the throne above
There is no vengeance in His cry
While "It is finished" fills the sky
Forgiveness is the final plea
The blood of Jesus speaks for me.
