But whatever were gains to me, I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. Philippians 3:9 NIV
Praise & Prayer
Loving Father, I praise You for sending Christ Jesus to pay the price for my sins on the cross of Calvary. I admit that even my best intentions are imperfect, and my righteous deeds are impure and fall short of Your law. They are like bloodstained rags with zero worth in Your eyes. That's why I humble myself before Your holy presence and trust in this promise: "By believing in Christ, I am clothed in His righteousness forever." Lord Jesus, being found in You and knowing You is the greatest gain that surpasses everything and anything I have in life. With all my heart, I offer You my praise, honor, and glory. Hallelujah!
March through books of the Bible and meditate on the verse and prayer of the day to help strengthen your faith and personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Loving people with compassionate care and pointing them to "The Truth, Christ our Savior," is how you will be a soul winner and bring glory to God.
