Brothers and sisters, you know that our visit to you was not a failure. Before we came to you, people in Philippi abused us with insults and made us suffer. You know all about that. Prayer & Praise
Abba Father, please give me the courage of Christ so I have the boldness to stand strong against individuals who reject the truth of Your Good News. Please fill me with a spirit of perseverance in 2024, so I can keep going when times get tough. Lord Jesus, I praise You for Your courage in the face of false accusations, extreme hatred, physical torture, and death threats. Despite great adversity, You continued to stand up to Your enemies and willingly sacrificed Yourself on the cross to save us from eternal condemnation. Holy Spirit, please grant me the opportunity this day to be courageous in the face of opposition. Deliver me from being cowardly for being a follower of my Savior, Jesus Christ. In His mighty name, I pray.
