PRAYER: Your prayers prompt God to open doors - Colossians 4:3

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Colossians 4:2-4 ERV

Quote: "True prayer is measured by weight, not by length. A single groan before God may have more fullness of prayer in it than a fine oration of great length." - Charles Spurgeon

Praise & Prayer
I thank You, Lord Jesus, for opening the doors of heaven and God's throne of grace where I find mercy and help in times of need. Abba Father, I want to devote myself to constant prayer as Paul instructs me in this scripture and realize that prayer is the greatest way I demonstrate my trust in YOU. I ask You to please open doors in 2024 so I can be a faithful witness of Your truth and lead many who are on the path to destruction to faith in Jesus Christ. Please guide me through the Holy Spirit to someone today who is feeling tormented with chains of anxiety. Open the door to their heart to hear the mystery of Christ and please set them free from their distress as we pray the mighty name of Jesus our Savior.
