Eternal Truth: "He [God] made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness]. 2 Corinthians 5:21; “Behold, My Servant whom I have chosen; My Beloved in whom My soul is well-pleased; I will put My Spirit upon Him, And He shall proclaim justice to the Gentiles." Matthew 12:18
Prayer & Praise
My eyes and faith are fixed on You, LORD Jesus, my King of righteousness who reigns over all, upholding justice for the needy, and bringing the hope of salvation to all who believe in You. I praise You for going to the cross and taking our sins in Your holy body so that we may partake in Your righteousness. I eagerly await the glorious day when You return to save the remnant of Israel and fix all the wrongs and injustices we see on earth. Please instill in me a passion for righteousness and justice, so that I may become more like You. Come quickly, Lord Jesus, and establish the Kingdom of Heaven, where love, mercy, joy, peace, unity, righteousness, and justice will reign forever. Hallelujah and amen.
