Prayer & Praise:
I bow before Your holy presence, Lord Jesus, to confess You as the Master Builder of my life, who makes me new and heals all that is broken in me. I submit to Your rule and testify that You are King of kings and Lord of lords. Thank You for being my Great High Priest, who not only intercedes for me, but sympathizes with my weaknesses and imperfections. Lead me, Holy Spirit, to someone today whose life is shattered. Open the eyes of their hearts to see and believe in Jesus Christ, who takes ruined lives and makes them new again. I pray for their salvation in the mighty name of Jesus, our Priest and King.
Eternal Truth:
- "When the seventh angel blew his trumpet, there were loud voices in heaven, saying, The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah, and He will rule as King forever and ever." Revelation 11:15
- "The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because He is LORD of lords and KING of kings—and with Him will be His called, chosen and faithful followers.” Revelation 17:12-14
- "Now there have been many other priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office. But because Jesus lives forever, He has a permanent priesthood. Therefore He is able to save completely those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede for them. Such a High Priest truly befits us—One who is holy, innocent, undefiled, set apart from sinners, and exalted above the heavens." Hebrews 7:23-26
- "Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin." Hebrews 4:14-15
