The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment. 2 Pet. 2:9
Prayer
God is the guardian of my life. Righteous Father, I believe in Your word and trust You to not let me be tempted above what I can bear. Deliver me today O Lord from all temptations for I desire to be holy and godly like Jesus my Lord. Please give me inner strength to resist the lusts of this world and self-discipline to overcome any temptation through prayer and faith in Your faithful promsies. In the blessed name of JESUS.
