We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. 1 John 3:14
Prayer
For me to live is Christ and to die is gain. I turn my eyes upon You Lord Jesus and praise You for conquering death that I may have hope of eternal life. Remove from my heart the fear of death and replace it with Your perfect love that I may grow stronger in loving my family and people that You place in my life. Give me a generous heart like Yours that I may be motivated to show love through acts of kindness. Let Your love reign in me today that others may see that I am truly one of Your disciples and be drawn to You. In Your precious name I pray
TURN YOUR EYES UPON JESUS
O soul are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There`s light for a look at the Saviour,
And life more abundant and free:
Through death into life everlasting
He passed, and we follow Him there;
Over us sin no more hath dominion
For more than conquerors we are!
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face;
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace.
His word shall not fail you He promised;
Believe Him and all will be well.
Then go to a world that is dying,
His perfect salvation to tell!
March through books of the Bible and meditate on the promise, prayer, and song of the day to help strengthen your faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior. Loving people with compassionate care and pointing them to "Christ, the Way, the Truth, & the Life" is how you will be a soul winner and bring glory to God.
