Today's Bible Promise -"We shall be like Him" 1 John 3:2

Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. 1 John 3:2

Prayer
I want to and need to be more like Jesus. Merciful Father, You redeemed me and made me one of Your children when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Through Him, You have saved me from death and given me eternal life by grace. Transform my thoughts, heart, and soul that I may become more like Jesus in my home, workplace and school. Teach me to wash the feet of others as You have washed my feet. Teach me to be more loving and kind as You have been to me. Teach me to have greater love by laying down my life for my family and friends as You laid down Your life for me. I look forward to the day when I shall sit at Your feet in the glory of heaven. In the wonderful name of Jesus my Lord.
