“Surely I have taught you statutes and judgments, just as the LORD my God commanded me, that you should act according to them in the land which you go to possess. Therefore be careful to observe them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes, and say, ‘Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’ Deut. 4:5-6
Prayer
Jesus Christ is wisdom and the source of all understanding. Loving Lord, You have promised to give wisdom to all that lack it and ask of You. Pour into my heart Your Spirit of wisdom and understanding that I may do Your will in my home, workplace and school. Give me the Spirit of counsel that I may instruct my family, friends, coworkers and unbelievers in the knowledge of Your holy truth. Teach me O Lord, Your ways that I may learn to think and act like You in all that I do. In Your holy name I pray
