He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. Matthew 16:15-17
Jesus is the source of all blessing. Living Father, in Your presence is fullness of joy and at Your hand are pleasures forevermore. I praise You for sending Your Son into the world to bring wretched sinners like me back into relationship with You. Give me a new heart that thirsts for Jesus and open my eyes to see all of incredible treasures of wisdom and knowledge which are hidden in Him. I want to be a blessed Christian that experiences fullness of joy by honoring Your Son today in my thoughts, words, and deeds. May the name of Christ, the Son of the living God be glorified by me today. Hallowed be the name of JESUS.
