Now while they were staying in Galilee, Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man is about to be betrayed into the hands of men, and they will kill Him, and the third day He will be raised up.” And they were exceedingly sorrowful. Matthew 17:22-23 NKJV
Prayer
Jesus will raise me up. Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. I'm so grateful Lord Jesus for the hope of eternal life that You bring to fearful and perishing souls who believe in You. Prepare me for the coming day when You will raise me up from the dead and let Your peace rule my heart in the midst of earthquakes, tsunamis, and famines. Help me to remember that the Kingdom of God is coming and my life here on earth is but a vapor. I ask You to please help Christians in Japan to be a light and comfort in the midst of this catastrophic disaster. Use me Lord Jesus to be a blessing and encourager to co-workers or friends who are without hope and need to hear the good news of Your salvation. In Your glorious name I pray, amen.
March through books of the Bible and meditate on the promise, prayer, and song of the day to help strengthen your faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior. Loving people with compassionate care and pointing them to "Christ, the Way, the Truth, & the Life" is how you will be a soul winner and bring glory to God.
