Prayer
Losers are winners in Jesus. Lord Jesus, teach me to be a winner by losing my life for Your sake. I realize that being self-centered and doing my own thing leads to discontent and defeat. Please give me inner strength to deny myself today in specific areas that I'm struggling with. Whether its my pride/ego, lusts of the flesh, materialism, love of money, laziness, gluttony, complaining, or self-pity. For Your name's sake I surrender all and give You control of my life. In Your victorious name I pray, amen.
