The Lord bless you-Ruth 2:4

What type of boss or employee are you? Today's Bible verse gives us a wonderful example on how you can build great relationships in the workplace. A company's culture is formed by its leaders who are the catalysts that set the example for their employees. We see a key leadership trait in Boaz that made him an effective leader with all of his employees, which was "VERBAL REGARD" or "VERBAL RESPECT for his workers. How you communicate as a leader, coworker, or employee demonstrates the reality or disregard for your Christianity. Your words can encourage or tear down; your words can give life or bring death; Yes, your words create worlds for those who hear so begin each day by sharing the four words that I say to you today and pray they encourage your heart - "The LORD bless you."

Bible Verse for Business Owners-Leaders-Managers and Employees

Later, Boaz came to the field from Bethlehem and greeted his workers. He said, “The Lord be with you!” And the workers answered, “And may the Lord bless you!” Ruth 2:4 ERV

Prayer for Business Owners, Executive Leaders and Employees

Gracious Father, please bless my employer and prosper their business. Stir me to be a grateful employee who is respectful and a diligent worker that works hard to make profitable contributions. Deliver me from ever being a disrespectful leader, lazy worker or gossiping complainer. Empower me O LORD with a spirit that is quick to listen, slow to act and wise with words. Lead me to someone today who needs an attitude adjustment. In Jesus' name I pray.
