Belief: The LORD puts people in my life to help lift me out of my pit.

Prayer of the day to be a lifter like Jesus

Heavenly Father, I can never thank You enough for family and friends that You place in my life who I can lean upon. Most of all, I praise You for Jesus, who came into my life and lifted me out of the pit of despair. Lord Jesus, You know every trial and turmoil that I face in life and are always there to rescue me when I least expect it. Holy Spirit, help me to be strong in faith when I face hardships by relying upon the Lord in through constant prayer. Allow me to be an instrument of hope to someone today who is facing dark times and feels depressed. Use me to help point them to Jesus who will lift them out of the river of hopelessness.
