Samson was now very thirsty, and he cried out to the Lord, “You have accomplished this great victory by the strength of your servant. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of these pagans?” So God caused water to gush out of a hollow in the ground at Lehi, and Samson was revived as he drank. Then he named that place “The Spring of the One Who Cried Out,” and it is still in Lehi to this day. Judges 15:18-19 NLT

Belief: The Lord will provide for all of my needs in ways that I cannot explain.

Prayer of the day

I'm grateful Father God for the way You care for me. You never fail to provide for my needs when resources are scarce or dry up. Holy Spirit, help me to overcome doubt when I face trials and challenging situations like Samson. Stir me to cry out in prayer and to wait upon the Lord who knows my every need and answers my supplications. Lead me to someone today who feels empty in life and is thirsting for the spring living water that Jesus gives to all who call upon His name. Amen.
