Prayer of the day | Daily prayer for victory over sin

God of love, I kneel before Your throne of grace and plead for mercy. Thank You, for the unfailing love and undeserved favor You have lavished on me through Jesus Christ. Lord Jesus, please forgive all of my iniquity, rebellion, and sin. Wash and cleanse me with Your precious blood so the consequences of my sins do not affect my children, grandchildren, or family members. Holy Spirit, lead me to someone today who is under Satan's stronghold and feels like they have gone too far to ever be forgiven. Use me to help lead them to Jesus who has the power to forgive all sin and transform them into a new person. In Jesus' mighty name.
