Prayer for cleansing in the name of JESUS 

Lord Jesus, You know the motives of my heart and the meditations of mind. There is nothing I can hide from You. I kneel before Your presence and call upon Your name and ask You to cleanse me from head to toe. Holy Spirit, create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Teach me to call upon the name of Jesus when I begin to have sinful thoughts or impure desires. Lead me to someone today that is dealing with feelings of shame and thoughts of self-condemnation. Grant me an opportunity to share the wonderful truth of Jesus' cleansing power that He offers to all call upon His name. Amen
