Prayer of the day about victory over death

Almighty Father, I stand upon the awesome victory of Christ Jesus over the sting of death. Although my dying body may be getting weak and tired, I am convinced that Christ will raise me up from the dead unto eternal life. Holy Spirit, guide someone across my path today who is battling anxiety and haunted by the fear of death. Use me to be a source of living hope and abiding comfort by sharing this wonderful promise of victory over death through faith in Jesus Christ, our Savior. Hallelujah!
