Prayer of the day - LORD Jesus, make me a light today

Send forth Your light LORD God into my life so I may be a gleaming image of Christ Jesus that displays Your love, grace, and truth to people who sit in darkness. Holy Spirit, allow me to be a light to someone today who is tormented by darkness and lives in despair. Use my care to be a ray of hope that illuminates their night so they see the life and light of Jesus through my acts of kindness. I pray for their deliverance in the name of JESUS, THE LIGHT of the world.
