SAVIOR: I bring you Good News of joy, a Savior is born! Luke 2:8-14

That night, there were shepherds staying in the fields nearby, guarding their flocks of sheep. Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord’s glory surrounded them. They were terrified, but the angel reassured them. “Don’t be afraid!” he said. “I bring you Good News that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David! And you will recognize Him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger.” Suddenly, the angel was joined by a vast host of others—the armies of heaven—praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.” Luke 2:8-14

Eternal Truth:
"After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, asking, “Where is the One who has been born King of the Jews? We saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.” When King Herod heard this, he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. And when he had assembled all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he asked them where the Christ was to be born. “In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied, “for this is what the prophet [Micah 5:2-4] has written: ‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah, for out of you will come a Ruler who will be the Shepherd of My people Israel.’” Matthew 2:1-6

I come with profound gratitude in my heart to worship You, my Wonderful SAVIOR, MESSIAH, LORD, KING, RULER, SHEPHERD, and IMMANUEL, for being my Joy, my Hope, my Truth, my Light, my Rock, and my Salvation. I join the myriads of ministering angels, heavenly hosts, prophets, and saints throughout the world to celebrate Your birth and to give glory to God in the highest heaven for the greatest gift of YOU!
