Prayer for relief from stress

Thank You, Holy Father, for coming to my rescue and relieving me from the stressors of life. I'm learning to see how the devil uses worry and doubt as thieves to steal my joy, kill my faith, and destroy my peace. I believe Lord Jesus that You are the mighty victor who has demolished the works of the devil and liberated me from the dungeon of hopelessness. Therefore, I cast my burdens upon You and go forth today believing that You are greater than any problem or hardship I am facing right now. Guide me Holy Spirit to someone today who feels overwhelmed with the cares of this life and needs relief. Allow them to experience relief from worry as they call upon the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
