Day 20 - Christmas Tradition: Jesus was born to prove He is the Messiah - Luke 20:44

The Christmas Story about Jesus was born to prove He is the Messiah - Read more scriptures that validate Jesus is the Messiah

Then He [Jesus] put a question to them: “How is it that they say that the Messiah is David’s son?
In the Book of Psalms, David clearly says, God said to my Master, “Sit here at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.” “David here designates the Messiah as ‘my Master’—so how can the Messiah also be His ‘son’?” Luke 20:41-44 MSG

Definition of Messiah: "Messiah comes from the Hebrew word, Mashiach, meaning “the Anointed One,” or “the Chosen One.”

Praise and Prayer to the Messiah

No matter what people of the world say or believe about You, Lord Jesus, I acknowledge and confess You as my Messiah, the Anointed and Chosen One who was born to deliver me and all humanity from the horrible wages of sin and death. I praise You, Lord Jesus, for opening my eyes to see You as the Anointed and Chosen One of God who delivers. Please guide me, Holy Spirit, to a Jew or Gentile in the marketplace that is searching, wanting, or waiting for a Messiah. Give me the joy and pleasure of pointing them to faith in Jesus, my Master, and Messiah!
