Praise & Prayer to be humble
I praise You, Lord Jesus, for Your eagerness to humble Yourself by taking on the form of a human and becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross. Please forgive me for the numerous times I've been prideful by thinking I'm superior or when I've relied on myself instead of depending upon God. Holy Spirit, please immediately convict me when I am being a prideful Christian. Help me grow this day in Chrsit-like humility, so I experience God's kindness and lifting. I pray in Jesus' mighty name.
