ACCEPTED: You are accepted by God - Acts 15:8

Then some of the believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees stood up and said, “The Gentiles must be circumcised and required to keep the law of Moses.” The apostles and elders met to consider this question. After much discussion, Peter got up and addressed them: “Brothers, you know that some time ago God made a choice among you that the Gentiles might hear from my lips the message of the gospel and believe. God, who knows the heart, showed that He accepted them by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as He did to us. Praise & Prayer of thanks for God's acceptance
Thanks to Jesus Christ, I have given God's Holy Spirit and received His all-surpassing favor. Lord Jesus, I am grateful for your acceptance of me as Your child. I want to model Your heart of compassion and unconquerable love by being accepting of others who are agnostic. Holy Spirit, please help me not to react and repay evil with evil or insult with insult when people are unaccepting of me for being a follower of Jesus. Grant me an opportunity today to share the wonderful message of God's acceptance with someone who feels like a castaway or a person of faith who feels that are not doing enough to meet God's expectations. Soften their heart to believe and accept Christ Jesus as their Lord. I pray in His holy name.
