Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you. Thank You, Heavenly Father, for sending Your only begotten Son to save me from the powers of sin, death, and eternal darkness. Lord Jesus, I confess You as my Messiah and wonderful Savior. Holy Spirit, please fill my heart with courage when I face opposition for being a follower of Christ. Teach me to think, speak, and act like Jesus so my conduct at home and in the marketplace honors the gospel of Christ and glorifies God. Please guide me to a brother or sister in Christ who feels frightened by what they hear in the media and see happening in the world. Use me to be a source of spiritual strength that helps them stand firm in one Spirit and one faith by reminding them that we will be saved by God. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Hosanna!
