SALVATION: God appointed you to salvation - 1 Thessalonians 5:9

For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:9 NIV

I bow in reverence, Heavenly Father, to express my deep gratitude for appointing me to receive Your salvation. I believe that Christ going to the cross is the greatest demonstration of Your unfailing love, amazing grace, and boundless mercy. I thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your willingness to sacrifice Your life as a perfect and fragrant offering at Calvary to save lost souls like me from eternal condemnation. Please grant me, Holy Spirit, an opportunity to care for and share the good news of salvation with someone who is grieving and feeling trapped in a situation where there seems to be no way out of their pain and suffering. Use me to be a source of comfort and hope as I point them to Christ our Savior. I pray for their salvation in the mighty name of Jesus, our HEALER, KING, and LORD.
