For you are not a true Jew just because you were born of Jewish parents or because you have gone through the ceremony of circumcision. No, a true Jew is one whose heart is right with God. And true circumcision is not merely obeying the letter of the law; rather, it is a change of heart produced by the Spirit. And a person with a changed heart seeks praise from God, not from people. Romans 2:28-29 NLT

Praise & Prayer
Holy Father, I come to You with praise and gratitude for giving me a new heart that Christ Jesus transformed and filled with the newness of life and everlasting hope. I want to have a heart that is humble, contrite, and pure before Your eyes. Holy Spirit, please teach me to have a heart like Jesus, who models unfailing love, tireless compassion, and fervent care for people who are depressed because they are separated from God. I pray in Jesus' mighty name.
March through books of the Bible and meditate on the promise, prayer, and song of the day to help strengthen your faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior. Loving people with compassionate care and pointing them to "Christ, the Way, the Truth, & the Life" is how you will be a soul winner and bring glory to God.
