GIVEN: Everything you have has been given to you by God - 1 Corinthians 4:7

Brothers and sisters, I have used Apollos and myself as examples for you. I did this so that you could learn from us the meaning of the words, “Follow what the Scriptures say.” Then you will not brag about one person and criticize another. Who do you think you are? Everything you have was given to you. So, if everything you have was given to you, why do you act as if you got it all by your own power? 1 Corinthians 4:6-7 ERV

Praise & Prayer for today
Abba Father, I worship and praise Your glorious name. Thank You for sending Your beloved Son, Christ Jesus, to reveal to me and all the world that You are the Creator of the universe who is supremely generous, loving, compassionate, gracious, and merciful toward all who obey You. I recognize that everything comes from You. All that I have and all that I give to others is only what I have received from Your hand. Holy Spirit, please free me from the prideful belief that my accomplishments and successes in life are because of my own intelligence, skills, or power. Tattoo this infallible truth upon my heart - "Every good and perfect gift I have comes from God, our Father, and Christ Jesus, my Lord, through whom all blessings flow." Hallelujah!
