PROVISION: God meets all your daily needs through Christ, our Rock - 1 Corinthians 10:4-5 MSG

Remember our history, friends, and be warned. All our ancestors were led by the providential Cloud and taken miraculously through the Sea. They went through the waters, in a baptism like ours, as Moses led them from enslaving death to salvation life. They all ate and drank identical food and drink, meals provided daily by God. They drank from the Rock, God’s fountain for them that stayed with them wherever they were. And the Rock was Christ. But just experiencing God’s wonder and grace didn’t seem to mean much—most of them were defeated by temptation during the hard times in the desert, and God was not pleased. 1 Corinthians 10:1-5 MSG

Heavenly Father, I praise You for Christ, my Rock, my Savior, my Living Bread, my Water of Life, and my Salvation. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Your miraculous care and the wonderful miracles You perform for me on a daily basis. You are my solid Rock and source of strength, who restores my soul and renews my hope with the joy of my salvation. Holy Spirit, please help me learn from Israel's failures. Don't let me repeat their sinful mistakes by taking God's grace for granted and testing Christ. Strengthen my faith by relying on God's unfailing promises when I face difficult times. Guide me to someone across my path today who is struggling in their faith and succumbing to temptation. Grant me the opportunity to share the promise of God's faithful provision. I ask this in Jesus' mighty name.
