MERCY: The mercy of the LORD endures forever - Jeremiah 33:11

The voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who will say: “Praise the LORD of hosts, For the LORD is good, For His mercy endures forever”— and of those who will bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause the captives of the land to return as at the first,’ says the LORD. Jeremiah 33:11

There’s a wideness in God’s mercy,
Like the wideness of the sea;
There’s a kindness in His justice,
Which is more than liberty.

There is welcome for the sinner,
And more graces for the good;
There is mercy with the Savior;
There is healing in His blood.

Was there ever a kinder Shepherd
Half so gentle, half so sweet,
As the Savior who would have us
Come and gather at His feet?

Praise & Prayer
Because of God's mercy, I have forgiveness and unfailing hope. I am joyful in the LORD, and my spirit delights in God, who has dressed me with garments of salvation and covered me with the robe of Christ's righteousness. Abba Father, I bring a sacrifice of praise before Your presence and a heart of rejoicing to worship You for the boundless mercy You have shown me through our Messiah, Christ Jesus. Lead me, Holy Spirit, to someone overcome with sadness due to a self-condemning heart. Turn their sadness into unspeakable joy as they ask God for mercy in Jesus' mighty name.
